I really wanted to like this place because they heavily advertise the all-you-can-eat lobster and crab, but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the price. Most of the seafood was overcooked. The lobster had a mushy texture, and the shrimp were overcooked as well. Many of the other dishes reminded me more of a typical Chinese buffet than a premium seafood experience. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked hard throughout our meal, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. One thing that caught us off guard was that the restaurant is attached to a gift shop, and someone came around to the tables offering to take souvenir photos. It felt a little out of place and made the experience seem more tourist-oriented than expected. Overall, I don’t feel it was worth the price. If the seafood had been cooked properly, I think it could have been a much better experience. As it stands, I left disappointed, especially considering the premium cost.

We finally made it to Boston Lobster Feast and wow… it was SO worth it! We ate an embarrassing amount of lobster 😂 and everything we tried was delicious. Our server, Carolina, was amazing and made the whole experience even better. The service was top-notch from start to finish. They also had a few new items on the buffet that I hadn’t seen before, which was a nice surprise. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but if you love seafood, it’s absolutely worth it. We’d definitely go back and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great seafood buffet!

The food was good. We got there right at 4pm. The crab wasn't as fresh The first round as the second round. If you like mud bugs, they have them. I think the crab as boild to long, the lobster was chewy. There isntand seasoning on anything, but theyllbring you a shaker of old bay. Service was great. It was quiet because it's a Monday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner this evening! Everything was very tasty and the service from Jayliz was outstanding; very attentive! It’s our Anniversary today and she thought on her own to bring us a delightful desert and wished us a Happy Anniversary! How thoughtful! We will be back and we will be asking for Jayliz again, too! Thank you for helping us to have a special evening tonight!

If you’re a lobster lover, Boston Lobster Feast is a fun experience. It’s all-you-can-eat, and being able to have unlimited whole lobsters is honestly the highlight. The lobsters were fresh, sweet, and cooked just right — not overdone, still juicy. Dipping them in melted butter made it even better. Besides lobster, they also offer a wide variety of seafood and hot dishes, so there’s plenty to try. The snow crab legs and shrimp were solid, and they constantly restocked the buffet, which I appreciated. It’s definitely the kind of place you go when you’re really hungry and ready to enjoy a big meal. The atmosphere is casual and lively, great for families or groups. Service was efficient considering how busy it gets. If you love seafood and want to eat until you’re completely full, this is a place you’ll enjoy. Come with a big appetite — you’ll leave very satisfied.
